TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit is payable to confirm your booking. A deposit invoice will be issued when your client questionnaire is shared with you, and design work will begin once both the questionnaire and deposit have been received.
Payment of the printing and design fee (minus any deposits) is due when your artworks have reached the sign off stage. Your artworks will not be sent to the printers until payment is made and therefore a delay in payment will result in a delay in production and delivery.
DIGITALLY PRINTED DESIGNS
Home printers and computers vary greatly, and therefore colours may vary from your digital proof once printed professionally.
For foiled designs, each piece is individually foiled by hand and therefore there may be some slight variation invitation to invitation.
Errors within designs (including spelling and grammar) are the responsibility of the client to check prior to sign off. Once a design has been signed off, an additional charge will be payable to change artworks.
Changes outside of the number of rounds stated in your quote will be charged at £80 per round.
Printing can take 2-4 weeks and this should be planned into your schedule. Any delay in feedback from the client will impact the delivery date, and any rush costs incurred by the printer are the responsibility of the client.
Any designs created are the intellectual property of Paper Bow London and cannot be reproduced without our permission. We reserve the right to use your stationery for marketing purposes unless otherwise instructed by the client.
All information collected from you is confidential. We will only ever ask you for the information we need for your order and shipping. Any shared information within and outside of your brief will be deleted 90 days after you final collateral is delivered. All emails will be deleted within 12 months, and invoices will be kept for 7 years.
